Simply return the goods - that's how it works:

1. Every parcel comes with the invoice, the Post CH parcel label for the return and a return form to tick off.

2. Tick the return form.

3. Pack the item in a break-proof way and enclose the completed return form.

4. Stick the Post CH returns label on the parcel.

5. Take the parcel to the nearest post office or give it to the parcel carrier.
